How many different flavors of canned cat food is enough variety for good health (and cat satisfaction too)

How many different flavors of canned cat food is enough variety for good health (and cat satisfaction too)?
I currently alternate between just two: chicken and turkey. Is that enough of a varied diet for them? Or should incorporate a couple more, say, beef and catfish? Thanks!

I alternate between 3 (but I also have kibble available) I have heard to stay away from fish as best you can,a little now and again wont hurt, but it can cause some kind of stones, kidney or bladder stones (I cant remember which)

well you should giv ur cat some dry food aswel that has all ther recommnded nutrients, the pack will tell u how much wet/dry it shud get a day. as for the wet food why not vary it for them! i give my cat tuna once a week as a treat :)

Avoid the fish because it can cause kidney stones and it is not worth the vet bills. I alternated between 3. Chicken. turkey and beef. They seem satisfied with that.

I would stay away from fish based foods. We stick to chicken, turkey, beef, lamb and venison in higher quality brands. They get a new flavor every other day.

Seeing as Chicken and Turkey are pretty similar, I think it would be safe to say adding a few more flavors wouldn't hurt. I've found that alot of cats like Rabbit and Beef, but fish is also good. Also you should provide you cat with some dry food, and on occasion some cat milk as a treat (whiskas brand, it is not from cats, but specifically designed for them as cow milk can upset their stomachs a little.) Hope this helps! Kitty
