Is your food or your health more important to you

Is your food or your health more important to you?
Many people say if I can't eat what I want then what good is living? Would you rather be unheathy or eat not what you think you want.

I have learned that you really do need to watch what you eat, I feel 300% better since I started eating less crap for food. I do agree though, you should not give up what you enjoy, if that is what matters to you. I will never give up ice cream!

I do eat what I want. However, most of what I eat is 100% natural and healthy or close to it. As somebody else said, I feel much better since I started eating food the way God made it, or as close as possible.

I eat whatever I like indiscriminately. Period. Not eating what you like harms your psychological health mind you. But I do use vehicles less frequently and I walk a lot. So that helps me to stay slim!

My brother in law died last year. He was 49 years old. He left behind a wife and two daughters. He suffered a massive heart attack. He was very overweight and had been for many years. Unfortunately, his diet had a big role to play for him being overweight. He went on many different diets, and of course, whilst he lost weight on them, as soon as he stopped, he put all the weight back on again, plus more. He then went back to his unhealthy way of eating and no exercise. He always ate what he wanted. Never ate what he should have. He was also a very heavy smoker. There is only a time limit to how much abuse the body can take. We only have one life so I personally like to look after mine and it has to be with healthy eating. Yes occasionally I eat a take away meal, chocolate, biscuits, alcohol etc, but only in moderation. It is all about getting the balance right. So I eat a healthy diet (occasionally having cakes, biscuits, etc) and take regular exercise and do not smoke. In the hope that this will help extend my life span longer than my brother in law's so I will be around for my children as they grow up and possibly their children too
