Now if you plan & Complete 3 Square Meals per day and use Calorie counter plus Start Daily Excercises what effort would it be ?

I believe you have answered your own question. You need to balance out your diet with different types of foods, exercise, and be conscious of calories. The only thing I would add would be to drink more water.

If you want to create meal plans very quickly and easily, check out the meal plan generator on http://www.epic-nom.com (it's all totally free). You basically enter the number of meals you want (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks etc), and the calories, protein, carbs and fat you want to eat, and the generator will create a plan which matches what you requested. If you don't like it, you can generate again for a different plan. The same website can be used to track calories etc
