Rice cakes, whole grain, whole packet a day with hummus, or sugar free jam and peanut butter. Organic corn flakes with rice milk. Brown rice vermicelli noodles and tofu with bottled tomato pasta sauce, and fake Parmesan cheese made from soy powder. Natures Valley crunchy muesli bars. Tinned albacore tuna. Children's heath food crisps made with corn and no additives. Dried fruit and nut bars with no sugar except from dates. It all sounds good for you, but it is still processed and not whole grain, and not fresh. Can this health food junk food be health giving according to Joan Collins theory?

Rice, and corn are whole grains so I don't see anything wrong with eating those things as snacks. A person's diet should primarily be made up of home cooked meals made from legumes, grains, vegetables and nuts mixed however.
