Should food companies be financialy responsible for the health problems of costumers due to the companies food?

Should McDonald's be held responsible for obese kids? Should the parents of obese kids be held financially responsible? No. It's their choice to feed their kids that garbage. They need to step up and take responsibility. I'm sure the FDA has some good input on this. Good luck
