Depends on how much you eat normally, if you eat 1500 normally then you will GAIN weight, whereas if you normally eat 1700 then You will LOSE weight. Work your normal intake total first. Next, type in BMR on google and it calculates the amount of calories you burn if you were at rest all day, so adding excersize to that should add up and be more than you consume. TO LOSE WEIGHT YOU HAVE TO BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU CONSUME.
