Yes they do but you have to work full time hours in order to get the benefits.

I have had relatives who work in fast food. Health insurance is offered to assistant managers and store managers but not regular staff at Taco Bell. Hardee's offered some health insurance to full time employees but the employee paid for it and I don't think the coverage was very big. Wendy's may be similar.
