Actually, I take the Wal Mart brand multi-vitamin, multi-mineral tablet. They do well for me. They are called One Source and you can find them near the Centrum multi-tabs.

A general vitamin, like royal jelly is good, and some mulitple vitamins are also good...eat lots of yougurt, for acidophillous for your immune system...L-tyrosine for serotoinin, take some Lithium for your nerves, and to calm you and stress...and eat lots of fruits and vegetables..then take two aspriins and call me in the morning LOL good luck darling, I pray you get healthy, wealthy and wiser

that is a very wise decision...I swear by vitmians, I take them regularly & if taken regularly, they do make a difference, although it;s subtle...well done! I think 7 SEAS Multi-Bionta is very god, it's a multi-vitmian with probiotics which are good for strengetheing the body's defence mechanism..buy it from Asda, they sell it at a better price..(take after breakfast or during the day on full stomach).. also, for Omega 3,6 & 9 if there's a good health shop near you, ask for Hemp Oil Capsules, if that's not available 7 SEAS do cod liver fish oils which is a good source of Omegas..(I think again Asda sells them, if not most other places sell them also).. I'm not sure about this, but if there's a good health shop near you, ask the asistants if you can take an extra "B Complex" on top of the multi-vitamin as this vitmain is very important for depression, nerves & stress...may be take the multi-vitamin with you to show them.. or maybe take calcium & magensium instead as I also take calcium citrate & magnesium (as separate capsules) in the evening, it is supposed to be very good for nerves as calcium is the relaxing supplement, I bought mine online from this site: (don't buy the Boots brand etc, they don't work): http://www.nutricentre.com/pages/search.aspx?search-catalog=Products&search-phrase=calcium+citrate (please scrol down to 4-5 items from the end of list) but take the magnesium in the morning on an EMPTY stomach... if anything from above is confusing you, then only take the multi-vitamin & the Omegas... as everyone neds different vitamins depending on their health, & I'm not a doctor, & I am not able to examine you!! :) I can't say anything else that might be good, but there's a very good doctor who gives health advice on an online radio-show & by listening to her past shows I picked up alot of excellent info..I'll email you the details if you don't mind?... xxgigi

I take ASDA's own multivitamins with iron. They seem quite good.

Instead of spending our money on vitamins and supplements, why don't you buy REAL food instead - like for instance FRESH vegetables and fruit, meat (chops for grilling are ideal for one) and fish - and you'll get all the essential vitamins you need rather than getting them expensively and unnecessarily out of a jar or packet. - and just in case you don't already know, the Mancunian equivalent of Walmart is Asda so that will show what rubbish these pills must be
