I live in Windsor, Ontario, just go to Food Basics they have great healthy foods and fresh meat in the forzen sections, and food specifcally made for health watchers

Most grocery stores have a pretty large selection nowadays atleast the ones I go to do. A&P and also Fortinos

Help me with health food please

Help me with health food please?

I need a health expert or someone who eats really healthy. I can't afford to hire anyone to help with this. My daughter is 14 years old and she needs to eat all her vitamins and required food groups. Could you give me an easy way to make sure she eats well? i.e. a suppliment pill or a multivitamin? She eats very healthy but is still lacking the basic food groups and vitamins. Please help me :)

First of all, check with your child's doctor right away and see what they recommend. Secondly, your child is still a teenager, so she might seem overweight once in a while, she is still growing. Avoid processed food, and fast food places. Have bowls of vegetables and fruit around the house so she'll have a healthy snack within her reach. A healthy diet includes carbs, so don't skip them. Instead, substitute white for whole wheat. As for exersise, try to get her exersise at least 10 minutes a day. Have her take a walk, ride herr bike, take the stairs, or dance to some music. She doesn't have to do a 10 mile jog. Good luck

Any multivitamin will do the trick. Just go to the store and read the nutritional info about the vitamins or ask the pharmacist or your doctor which one they recommend. I take a Centrum everyday

the only thing i consistantly get at the health food store are these punkin flavored granola nut clusters that are infused with a massive amount of fiber. it's made locally by someone where i live and it's delicious. and eat cluster has like 4 grams of fiber so it's really good for you

health side effect if people continuously mess with your food?
Hi, Lately it has been so apparent that my landlord was messing with my food and hygiene items, I probably won't able to move out for another year or so. I have tried to clean them as much as possible and was wondering what would be some of the health side effects? Would my immune system gradually weaken its ability to fight back? ( I do become sick more often, not food related, but not as much as other people.) Thanks.
