People are going to tell you all sorts of bogus and weird aphrodesiacs and what not. Some of them have merrit no doubt, but often is mild in effect and a large quantity would have to be consumed. That being said, I'll give the best advice I can. Water! Water is one of the most important aspect of sexual performance!! Im not going to get to the knitty gritty, but proper hydration is so important that I cannot even begin to tell you. As for sexual organ growth (penis, being in the male section)? It's a muscle, gotta work it out bub.
2 :
Healthy diet and exercise will keep you strong and give you stamina. Until they can figure out how to manipulate genes and DNA your going to get what ever size you get. No pill, ointment or anything else short of surgery is going to change that. Even surgery can only give very limited results. Anything else no matter how good it sounds is crap and their taking you for your money

If I opened a health food fast food drive through do you think I could make a lot of money

If I opened a health food fast food drive through do you think I could make a lot of money?
It could serve fresh greens and baked chicken, salads, stir fries.etc, Why don't we have this already? They can be fast if it is made ahead of time. There are ways to do anything. This idea is possible. 1 minute in grease is not the only way to thaw out food.

Maybe :]
2 :
Because they aren't "fast". If you DO make stuff up ahead of time, and you don't sell it, you could be looking at a lot of waste. And if it sits around waiting for someone to come by and buy it, it won't be very fresh. Actually, the idea is a good one, but unfortunately "health food" and "fast food" are oxymorons. No, I didn't mean oxymorons. I meant they just don't go together.
3 :
If it was cheap
4 :
I would go there!
5 :
I would love it! Use field greens instead of that awful iceberg lettuce everyone else uses!
6 :
YUM! Oh my gosh, I'd be your best customer. Stir Fry <3
7 :
Good question!! I am sure you would do great!!
8 :
only if you super sized everything
9 :
Go for it! Sounds great.
10 :
I think it's a great idea, wish it existed here!
11 :
possibly depends on the city or area. like a bigger city maybee
12 :
yeah b/c i dont think there are any!
13 :
I would use it.
14 :
yes
15 :
if you served vegetarian/vegan food as well, i would so go! like a pita and hummus wrap and stir fri with tofu... mmm heck yes
16 :
Yes, if you did it right. But it could be tricky to make a profit and maintain fresh, quality ingredients. Your prices would have to be slightly higher than typical fast food. Also, it would take longer to prepare good food. If it were that easy it wouldve been done. Maybe you should just open a deli. Good luck!
17 :
only if is fast and you have a 99 cent menu.......they should have this already, ill wait a bit longer to eat healthier....
18 :
I have thought this sooooo many times! I don't know why it doesn't exist, because it really could be fast. I think maybe the reason is that fresth produce doesn't last long and it would be too much waste. Maybe we should go into business together...LOL! :)
19 :
Actually Yes, that is truly a great idea and I wish you the best on your possible endeavor. Waiting a few more minutes won't bother anyone today with all the texting/phoning/ipod'ing one can do while bored in the car, of course, when not driving. And try to position it near a gym or medical office. Go for it.
20 :
Depends. If you could keep the prices down you could make a go of it. Money is tight for a lot of people right now and it is easier for some to just get the $.99 double cheeseburger and $1.00 fry. I think location would make a difference too. Either coast it would fly. But in the midwest you are dealing with meat and potato people. They eat vegetables but it is usually pretty simple
21 :
That's how the market place works. Mostly it's what will sell to the public as a whole...a majority. Subway is about as close as we come to something like that, but their menu is limited to just subs. I think it would be nice to have a place to quickly order something on the go that is healthy and not 100 grams of fat or loaded with sugar. Good idea!!!
22 :
sounds good to me
23 :
no
24 :
id come
25 :
JUst ask Clarke Nutrition and Whole Foods why they haven't done it yet. I'm sure if they could figure out a way to make it profitable they would have done it. But all power to you. Put one up in Palm Springs and I'll be there at LEAST once a month. :-) Peace
26 :
You might, but I think there are more people who would rather buy the normal fast food. I am not one of those people.
27 :
HI MY GOOD FRIEND, DEFINETLY IT WILL WORK
28 :
they have somthing like this in london... called pret a manger (ready to eat in french) anyway, i wouldnt call all of it healthy, but its difinetly better than mickeyds...theyve got sandwiches and like all fresh. made that morning. a lot are mayo based...but they have some really good ones without all the fat.. i went on vacation there for 2 weeks and i think that was like half our meals..they have more of thtem than miceyds..imean like if u stand on a corner of a busy street in the city, you can see at least 2. theres that many. i miss it alot=/
29 :
It sounds like a good idea but certainly needs a lot more research before you go any further with it...
30 :
ya there alot of people who go crazy over staying healthy and thin im sure you could
31 :
yes if they taste great and have good location with good service

Does microwave cooking cause any health hazard to food

Does microwave cooking cause any health hazard to food ??
Eager to know about the hazards, if any, of microwave cooking
Vegetarian & Vegan - 6 Answers

The only thing I can think of is that microwaves destroy vitamin B-12 in food. This is especially important to know if you are a vegetarian or have had gastric bypass surgery as you will likely need supplements and cannot count on your food providing B-12 if you use a microwave regularly. Keep clear if you have a pacemaker, as it can go wonky while a m/w oven is running. Otherwise, there's no radiation or other problems like that.
2 :
whoa okay, first of all to the girl that posted above me, learn your facts, thats all a microwave is is radiation...
3 :
Yes indeed. It zaps alot of the nutrition from foods by superheating them-natural food enzymes are destroyed at temperatures above 117 degrees. Also, WHAT you microwave the food in has a big impact-if you microwave in plastic containers, the PCB's and other chemicals can leach into the food. Its best to microwave in glass containers, if at all. A counter top steamer is a great alternative-not quite as fast, but it preserves more nutrients.
4 :
It has no hazard to you, if that's what you mean. The only thing that you may consider harmed from microwaved food is the torture to your taste buds.
5 :
no
6 :
yes

Which is more important, the taste of food or the health benefits? Why

Which is more important, the taste of food or the health benefits? Why?

Health must come first. Unfortunately, for many Americans it does not. We consume far too much hydrogenated oils, which can be found in everything from baked goods to bouillon.
2 :
For an adult should be the health benefits, but for a child or a baby surely is the taste.
3 :
both ! you can make tasty meals and there can still be healthy, all it takes is low fat NOT NO FAT
4 :
I say I can have BOTH. There is a way to eat healthy good tasting food.
5 :
It's entirely possible to have extremely healthy food which tastes delicious. So I don't see that it has to be an either/or thing!
6 :
Both are absolutely necessary, however I'd have to say taste must come first, since I won't eat something that tastes nasty no matter how healthy it may be, but every now and then I'm willing to compromise on the healthiness a little to eat a treat that tastes really really good

If i eat junk food everyday am i increasing health problems when i get older

If i eat junk food everyday am i increasing health problems when i get older?
I know someone who constantly eats chips, cookies on a daily basis and now i'm starting to become like them. But i still try to eat fruits and vegetables.

probably not... all i eat is junk food i absolutely hate all veggys and never eat any of them i'm fine...sure im a lazy couch potato but thats just because i sit around all day and never excercise
2 :
Depends on what you eat and how much...those foods certainly aren't conducive to good health and depending on how genetically predisposed you are to particular health issues, it could have a negative effect down the road. Junk food is okay on occasion. Most of us enjoy a treat now and then...just don't make that kind of food part of your regular diet. There's really no benefit in it other than the pleasure of the taste, but that's often not worth the work it takes to get the pounds off that it adds, or do undo any negative health effects it may cause later in life.
3 :
Try workout ,But getting old is heredity and in the genes ...there are families that looks older than there age and there are ones who look younger than there age
4 :
gallstones, obesity and high cholesterol all come to mind! keep it up with the fruit and veggies, you may find your tastes change as you age as well.
5 :
There is certainly a correlation between your diet and risk of health problems.
6 :
It's okay to indulge once in a while. I enjoy having a bowl of ice cream about once a week. But to do it on a daily basis is a very bad and dangerous habit. The reason America is full of so many obese people is because of their eating habits. Eating fruits and vegetables won't help balance out all the excess sugar and fat you are putting into your body. The key is moderation.
7 :
you will never see 70

is cooking food in olive oil is good for health or bad ? I use to cook vegetables in olive oil is it healthy

is cooking food in olive oil is good for health or bad ? I use to cook vegetables in olive oil is it healthy?
I am overweight some 4-6 kg . I want to loose weigth . If i will cook food in olive oil will it help me to loose some pounds?

all i know is that olive oil is one of the few 'good' oils
2 :
The phrase overweight spells out varying things to varying people. It's a good idea to set off at the beginning, and establish whether you are really overweight for your size or not, by computing your BMI (Body Mass Index). You can learn how to do it at the site in the box below, they have lots of tips, I lost 8 pounds by following their tips.
3 :
What I can say is – olive oil is clearly one of the ‘good’ oil. Regarding your question “Can olive oil help to weight loss?”, even though a lot of researches have been conducted on this topic, but there are many uncertainties until now. Therefore, my advice is – focus on eating more fruits and vegetables every day. Anyway, I would still recommend starting out by substituting any fatty condiments and cooking you do with olive oil.
4 :
Oil, regardless of type is 900 calories per 100g, like lard! Olive oil is one of the better oils to use as it is lower in saturated fats and therefore less likely to clog up your arteries unlike Lard. But to lose weight, reduce your calories. If you take in more calories than you spend during exercising you will put on weight.
5 :
Olive oil and olive leaf extract are GREAT for you! Look at this special report at Life Extension Foundation: http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2010/jan2010_The-Secret-Behind-The-Mediterranean-Diet_01.htm Of particular interest to someone who is headed toward diabetes, note that the main polyphenol in olive oil, oleuropein, protects the beta cells in the pancreas from destruction (as occurs in diabetes). Oleuropein is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and it lowers risk of cancer, diabetes, bone loss, and heart disease. But do not think you are protected from anything if you use olive oil at home but eat out a lot. I take olive leaf extract, 1 g./day and I can feel the difference

health food obsession

health food obsession?
i am always thinking about food, but i only eat healthy and i am not overweight if anything underweight. all i think about it that at 4:00 ill eat a bowl of fruit and so on. i dont know how to keep from thinking about health and food. i go to a nutritionist and am getting a balanced meal every meal and all of that but i dont know what to do. Help?

If you are eating healthy, and your weight is healthy, and you are getting enough sleep, food, fluids, and exercise, then the main problem would be thinking too much about food. Maybe eating a bit of the fruit (for example) when you first start thinking about it, and then some at 4:00 like you planned would help. It's ok to give yourself treats, it won't mean you are eating unhealthy or that you are undisciplined. If all fails, a counselor or doctor can help you figure out healthier ways to eat and live without obsessing. :-)
2 :
I think this only becomes a "real problem" if you form a n eating disability such as anorexia or bulimia. There is nothing wrong with you. Everyone has something they focus on or "obsess over" . For me, its my social circle. I HAVE to check myspace, facebook or deviant art EVERY DAY to keep up with everything
