Eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as possible. Eliminate sugar, processed foods, fast foods, junk foods, fried foods, sodas, etc. I don't know if you will lose pounds fast, but you will lose and once you reach your goal, continuing a healthy diet will keep you at your desired weight. By the way, it's not healthy to lose weight quickly. Easy does it.

You really don't have to quit eating junk food completely. Just go for the healthier options. Instead of normal, fat filled potato chips eat baked chips. Instead of pop or sugar filled juice drink flavoured water or diet pop. Downsize on your portions. Instead of going for that large fries go for small or medium (preferably small) Say no to super-sizing your meals at Mcdonalds. And if you drink coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, etc. then start drinking either Green Tea or black coffee. Some people believe Green Tea is good for weight loss so it's worth a try. And coffee without adding anything has only a few calories. What I'm trying to say is, you don't have to cut out everything. Hope this helps. :D And personally, I wouldn't pay much attention to the adds. They're BS.

It is a possibility to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 7 pounds in recent times when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the guidance presented on the website in the box below

Is pasta the miracle health food?
Seriously. I'm having pasta at least once a day. It makes me full so I am hardly hungry for the entire day, plus it makes me lose weight. I don't know if I'm actually imagining this or not, but I think the pasta is adding weight on to my chest. No joke. It's great!! And yes, pasta IS considered a good carb.

pasta does have a lot of carbs in it and it does help lose weight if your working out as well but just eating pasta without working out will eventually catch up to you and you will start putting on pounds.

No, pasta is not a health food. And carb diets are bad for you. Where ever you got this information is a bad source. But lucky you, you get to eat pasta like crazy. I however know it's bad to eat and try to eat it sparingly and for early dinners or earlier in the day. Because if you are going to eat bad foods, don't eat them so close to bedtime that there is no time for your body to it off.

pasta is NOT miracle health food UNLESS it is whole grain. If it is whole grain it is the best food in the world otherwise its a cancer causing disgusting peice of crap

Organic foods are raised without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. They use natural things to keep the bugs away and to fertilize. Some people believe that the pesticides, etc. can be in the food (as well as on the outside) because plants absorb minerals and nutrients though their roots in the soil. This means that when we eat them, we ingest those pesticides. They can be harmful to us. Cause cancer and stuff...

In theory, organic foods have no chemicals or pesticides used during the growing, harvesting or packaging of the product ...... However, many states have no personnel that actually goes out to inspect the "organic" farms...and they are watered from rainwater than falls through pollution in the air...and you'd have to know what the cows who produced the manure for fertilizer were fed. I'm sure it'd be healthier, if you could ever be sure that your food really WAS organic - personally, I think there are too many variables to warrant paying the extra cost for organic

All necessities should be provided for free. I don't think that childcare should be though because people should really raise their children or they are bad parents.
