I live in Windsor, Ontario, just go to Food Basics they have great healthy foods and fresh meat in the forzen sections, and food specifcally made for health watchers

Most grocery stores have a pretty large selection nowadays atleast the ones I go to do. A&P and also Fortinos

food grade plastic bags and health safety?
Please give some brands of food safe plastic bags for shelf storing, refrigerating, freezing and travel packing? How to check is it food safe? Are these bags free from leaching, which is a serious health issue? Thanks .

Usually says so on the bag .. (well - has to!) Nothing sold for food storage should say "do not store food in product
