Hello I am on a diet, trying to loose 5 kilos on 2 months? I go swimming every day about 1-2 hours. I try to avoid meat. I don't eat junk food, can food, premade package food, fatty food. But I do eat a lot of fruits like apples, bananas, and vegetables. What are the vegetables or fruits that have more vitamins and have less fat?

The biggest mistake people make is saying "I am on a DIET" the minute you think that, you want nothing more than to keep eating! Just cut down your food portions, you are already doing the exercise and eat healthy, but now and again if you fancy a piece of chocolate, have it. Make sure you drink at least a litre of water a day too. Just remember you do need a bit of fat in your diet too and meat is protein, you need a little of everything. It sounds to me you are doing all the right stuff, just be patient, you will do it and remember you should not aim to loose more than 2lbs per week otherwise it's muscle tissue you will be loosing and not fat. You will do it, just tell yourself that and believe it
