lots of fruits,veggies,powdered raws almonds,fish,tofu,spices,water,lowfat milk,lowfat fruit yoghurt,some eggs and yes,a bar of dark choclate sliced into small chunks..

Apples. I buy 16 apples for a week. Just to snack on them because they are the healthiest snack ever. Let's not forget the good sweetness and the negative calorie part. It's like eating chocolates without having to worry of the calories.

tons of veg tons more veg smoothies fish thats basically it. beans/lentils/nuts/seeds/porridge/fruit can be kept out of the fridge
