In Fallout 3, can I regenerate health without stimpacks / food & drink

In Fallout 3, can I regenerate health without stimpacks / food & drink?
I'm stuck in the science museum with 1 hp, no aids or food, and every timee I try to leave I get killed by about 5 raiders. I have saved over my only previous saved game, so am stuck. What do I do?

Find a safe area enemies won't find you in, and hit your Wait button.

No. is this on PC? you could get a mod to help you get out. if not, and you have no other save, put it on very easy difficulty and use some 1337 skills =/

you cant you need to run and find a stimpac or drink some water out of fountain/lake

You could a) Try to sneak out (a stealth boy would help there) b) If you're a good pickpocket, try to steal a healing item off them. They might not all have one, but at least one of them will. c) Run. Very fast. d) Have you explored the whole building? It's possible there could be an alternate route that you don't know about. e) If there's any water (e.g toilets) nearby, drink it. I know it raises rads, but in the circumstances it's worth it.

If you are on the 360 or PS3, the only other ways to regain health is to sleep in a bed or drink from a toilet, sink, water fountains, and other water sources. Other than that, I think you may be out of luck. You could try lowering the difficulty and try different ways of escaping until you find the right way that doesn't end up killing you. If you are on PC, you can use the console to kill the raiders instantly or set your health really high, or even turn on god mode :/

Maybe load the autosave? other than that, sources of water are gonna be your best friends even if its a bunch of toilets.

Set the game difficulty to very easy, that should help you quite a bit.

Press `. Then type tgm. You are now a god. Now show these Raiders who's the man around here
