most of the time i eat rice, cereal, brad, some times spice food, crackers, resin and meat and almost every day i eat fruits actually i eat all in moderation i drink milk and water. what i'm amazed about it is my weight its goes up and down but i didn't lose weight. i though i eat health food every day. IĆ¢€™m not over weight but i want to know the right food for my health, to lose weight to have very flat stomach. if you know could you lest the healthy food i should eat. Tank you

what about vegetables? vegetables are actually more essential than fruits..incorporate that into your diet, and limit too many carbs. it sounds like your intake of carbs far exceeds the rest in your diet. it wouldn't hurt to get some exercise in your schedule as well. if your new to the whole concept, just start simple, and start walking for half an hour more everyday either in the morning, afternoon or evening. you can build up to an hour, and then maybe you'll decide to start jogging. exercise + good diet = good weight loss

Healthy weight is every thing on the food pyramid, but in the right portions. If i were you go to mypyramid.com and you can customize a diet that's right for you. Remember: you have to exercise 2-3 times a day too! oh.. skipping meals is a huge no no too. remember that
