Check with your doctor, but everyone needs some fat in their diets. And you need the kind of sugar found in raw fruits and vegetables, probably.

well you should have a little sugar because your body might needs it , but just a little

you need certain types of fat, like polyunsatuated and monounsaturated fats which can be found in nuts. stay away from saturated and trans fats which clog arteries. you need the good fats to help absorb vitamins, for example, when you eat broccoli, all of the nutrients are absorbed through the good fats, so you must eat them. if you want to learn more about fats then go to http://www.mypyramid.gov : )

There are no fats in vegetables or fruits(cept avocados). Sugars - fructose...fruit sugar which is naturally in all fruit and in over ripe veges. This is the food that you have to eat as there is nothing else. Stay away from processed foods(anything in a package) or precooked - sugar is added as a -shelf life extender-along with salt. And no you will not get fat because you eat a hig volume of fruit/veges - they mostly consist of water....and fibre.

Uncooked food is taken by most of the strong animals and humans will be stronger if they switched over to it. So stop worrying. Eat only when hungry and not more than six times a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry
