Are there any health food radicals out there

Are there any health food radicals out there?
A health food radical is one who eats only healthful foods, no junk, sweets or high fat meats, dairy and carbohydrates. They only stick with fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish, nuts and grains. The only fat added to their meals is olive oil. They consume no more than 1500 mg of sodium a day. The max calories they consume in a day are 2000 for women and 2500 for men depending on activity level. They only drink water and never consume high sugar drinks. They don't eat out, always preparing their meals. Is there anyone out there like this? If there is how do you resist temptation? Does anyone want to live their life eating like this? I try but always fail.

Burning up calories became child's play for me when I began experimenting with acai berry. I realize they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they've been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial on currently at http://vininp.newslimming4you.info , give it a try, what is the worst that could happen?

I eat only highly nutritious foods. I also advocate a high fat diet, olive oil is fine but I definitely don't think the majority of your fats should be from olive oil. Omega 6 needs to be balanced with omega 3 fatty acids & olive oil has no omega 3's. I personally believe in the health promoting benefits of a diet that derives a minimum of half it's fat from saturated fat. I don't believe there is anything wrong with animal fats except from animals that are fed an unnatural high carb diet of grain. I recommend eating only grass fed (low carb) animals. Carbs are not any better for animals as they are for humans & carbs change the fat composition of animals (& humans) making them not as healthy to eat. Although I believe refined salt is toxic & should be avoided, I believe in the health promoting benefits of unrefined salt. For optimal health, I advocate a low carb way of eating. As long as you have <9grams carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control & shouldn't gain weight, no matter the calories, because insulin (the ONLY fat storage hormone) isn't activated. I personally believe in using fat as fuel instead of carbohydrates. Fat is totally benign in the absence of insulin. There aren't enough calories in vegetables & fruits to fuel the body, if you get enough calories from carbs to fuel the body, then you maintain an almost constant high insulin level with roller coaster blood glucose levels. I recommend fats from butter, coconut, olives, nuts, fish & meats, chia seeds & flax seeds. When you restrict higher carb, lower nutrition foods, it becomes much easier to greatly increase vegetables in your diet. Change your mindset just adapt it to low carb - replace bread with lettuce replace pasta with cabbage replace rice with cauliflower replace potatoes with brocolli High carb levels trigger insulin which unbalance other hormones, promote inflammation, weight gain, hunger. Controlling insulin levels will balance out other hormones and allow sex hormones (testosterone in men) & human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so lean muscle will be gained even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase muscle mass with high HGH levels. Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) trigger insulin which can store the calories eaten into fat. The more protein the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released
