i eat junk food everyday dont exercise and sit around alot what are the health risks?
i eat junk food everyday dont exercise and sit around alot but i wight only a healthy 56 for my age group. If i keep this up, what will happen to me? what are the health risks?

You're health is deteriorating everywhere. On every level you're unhealthy and at risk. The greatest risk is heart attack and you're at a high risk.

Obesity, heart disease, heart attack, stroke, cancer, death.

Getting fat ,arteriosclerosis, strokes, myocardial infarction, angina pectoralis, high blood pressure (hypertension) and not be able to enjoy life at all.

Being slim doesn't mean you're healthy...there's other stuff going on in your body!!! You're risking the health of your heart, risk of diabetes, you will be likely to gain weight in the future (seriously trust me I've seen it happen to women - skinny in school and then BAM!), your skin and hair will become unhealthy, your teeth, digestive system, energy levels, sleep patterns, brain function....you're doing so much damage to yourself!!!
