is there anyone health food contentious

is there anyone health food contentious?
meaning you try to eat very healthy? If so could you please write down some of the typical things your family eats (quick and easy foods) and typical items you buy from the grocery store? thanks

no, i very rarely quarrel or argue with my health food. if you mean conscientious on the other hand...then im a little more so inclined to be. but im not real strict about it. not as much as i should be. i do keep a lot of fruits and veggies in the house for the kids instead of cakes and junk, and i cook a meal for supper every evening, and something lighter for lunch. thats about the extent of it though.

Fresh produce--baby carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, sweet potatoes, apples, bananas, grapes, cantaloupe. I buy and cut them up myself, but you can get them from the guest convenience case to save time. Steamed broccoli and carrots are a good side dish, as are baked sweet potatoes. (My husband was once the produce manager at the grocery store.) We eat a lot of fish--tuna (can/pouch), salmon (frozen-make sure it is wild caught, not farm raised). They even have frozen salmon burgers, a good substitute for hamburgers. I buy the big bags of frozen chicken breast tenders, which are good grilled. A little lemon pepper or cajun seasoning is good on the salmon or chicken.

Here's some of my quick and easy recipes Pesto and pasta. Any normal pasta and then in a blender put some olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, marjoram, garlic, tomato purée, pine nuts, cashew nuts and grated Parmesan cheese. Blend them together and add water if needed. It makes a great home-made pesto sauce for the pasta. Buy a whole organic or free-range chicken and rub some seasoning into the skin and put a couple of onions inside. Roast it when you have a couple of hours during the day (or even in the morning) and it can be used for 3 different meals. A classic roast and vegetables. Chicken wraps with home-made guacamole and the left overs, juices and skin can be blended together with some cooked vegetables and the onions to make a really delicious soup. The soup can be frozen for a later meal. Classic Spaghetti bolognese or home made mac and cheese are very quick (20 minutes). You can add peas, sweetcorn or tomatoes to the mac and cheese for a healthier meal.
