What are some good tasting health foods an average person has in their house.?
What are some good tasting health foods an average person has in their house. I dont exactly have "health" foods in my house. So i would like to know good breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner foods that are healthy. Thanks and please comment your answers. I only drink fat-free milk. I cant stand the taste of whole milk.

I make Ceviche (Say-vee-chay) and it's really easy. Cooked Shrimp cut into pieces 1/4-1/2 bunch Cilantro-chopped 1/4-1/2 Onion or 1 small onion-diced 2-3 Tomatoes-diced 3-4 limes Salt and pepper Stir everything together. The reason for more or less on the ingredients, is how much or how big of each ingredient. It's really all about the shrimp. You can eat by itself, tortillas, or with chips. Oh, and if you don't like a ton of lime, I would start out with one, and taste. Add more if there isn't much lime taste. Good luck

Dragon Fruit Apples Certain Granola bars Certain Cerals Green Veggies Carrots Ect. If you have kid and they dont wanna eat them then yoou cut them into shapes and make a face on the plate with the veggies! Or throw some blueberries in their pancakes!

Oatmeal (80% of american households have oatmeal in their cupboards), any vegetable or fruit. don't pile a bunch of sugar onto your oatmeal. use fruits to sweeten it instead and put cinnamon or vanilla.

cheerios are a very healthy breakfast oranges make a good snack and are great for you salads are good for lunch if you want to go crazy healthy but they can just be a side dish to go with something else...as long as you have a fruit and/or vegetable with your lunch or dinner it should be healthy as long as the rest isn't fast food hamburger and fries junk food type...make a sadwhich or something water is a good drink and milk is healthy, just avoid whole milk because it's very fattening also carnation could be a good breakfast or even lunch...it's a flavored powder that tastes like nesquik but it has protein..mix with milk
