I have read and heard that microwaves can essentially destroy the nutrients in the food and that microwaving water to make tea or something can also be bad for you. Is this true?

nuke a glass of water,and try to germinate any seed with it ,it will never sprout. whats that tell you? It changes the molecular value so severe in just water imagine what its doing to your food.and we eat that food. Scary shit our body is tricked it sees a hot dog or potato but in fact its anything but that after it been microwaved,No lie ,but the Gov. will tell you a different story ...
