What ingredients are most important to avoid in my food (in regards to health)


What ingredients are most important to avoid in my food (in regards to health)?
Maltodextrin? Monosodiumglutanate? Trans-fats?, etc. . .which ingredients are the worst and why?

poly anything. and most foods that have more than 3 ingredients.

Two of the worst ones that seem to be at the top of most nutritionist are hydrogenated oil (as in margarine) believe it or not you're better off with real butter, followed by high fructose corn syrup.

you want to consume as little chemicals in your food as possible from all sources. this is why a truly healthy diet has to be based on whole foods. whole foods are those that are naturally occurring like animal proteins, grains, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. heavily processed foods made by man in giant factories come loaded with various chemicals and additives which do nothing except cause illness and disease
