i don't know who it was, but think about it, he's right. it has many food groups in it, especially if you have the right toppings: bread/grain (dough), dairy (cheese), meat (pepperoni, canadian bacon, etc.), veggies (mushrooms, olives, onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc) and fruit (pineapple). its pretty much a balanced meal in one
