Do you think this is to much food? Health Question


Do you think this is to much food? Health Question?
I ate WAY to much! What do you think? This is all of the food I ate today. Nutella Strawberries Grapes Greek Yogurt Honey Banana A Piece of Pizza on Whole Wheat Crust, with green olives, tomato sauce, chicken, BBQ Sauce. Everything I eat is Organic and Natural (except for the Nutella haha) to much?

no! those are all wonderful choices..and like you said they are organic and natural-which makes them even better for you! I still dont think that would even be the minimum recommended amount of 1200 calories...strive for at least 1500 calories a day! but yeah, I loveee that greek yogurt too haha. Oikos = <3

No waay, I think it's way better to eat alot of healthy food, then a little bit of junky good. It'll keep your metabolism going, and it'll give you energy, as long as the food is healthy!

no its healthy stuff if it was -cookie -cake -pie that'd b unhealthy. u are eating a little fat grams and lots of fruit. keep it up! :) excersize too taht helps

nope. What you ate was pretty healthy (most of it) It also depends on what time it is where you are. Like if it's afternoon you're fine.

No i eat double that and i still dont gain weight.
