Eat steamed veggies with chicken breast or lean fish and long-grain rice. It's how I keep my slim figure. Steamed broccolli with ginger marinated chicken. Mmmm.

I like fruits, specially kiwi and pine apple because of their Vitamin C, vitamin C is good for your skin, and if u had any injuries it makes it heal faster. I drank lots of pineapple juice when I had burned skin it made it heal faster, and left no scar on my skin
