can u give us the specific foods you want the nutritional information on? that would be helpful! thanks okie! here we go! ( measured in grams! i did the best i could ^-^) carbs/protein/minerals/fats/vitamins/food group carrots - 8 1 5% iron 0 275% A vegtables (100 grams) and 3% 4% C calcium milo - 13.3 2.6 calcium B and C It's an energy (20 grams) magnesium drink so i'm honestly not sure toast - it all depends on what type of bread you use so check the nutrition label on the bag. toast is in the grains food group milk - all depends on wether it's skim milk,1%,2% or whole milk etc and if it's fortified with vitamins or not. Check the nutrition label on the milk you purchase for nutritional information on it. It's in the dairy food group though tea - again, it depends what variety you get. Plain tea without any sugar or milk etc has no carbs, protein, minerals, fat, or vitamins unless you get a special kind that is fortified with vitamins. It does have antioxidants though and is virtually calorie free! Food group: vegtables b/c it is a plant, but that is just a guess b/c i can't find information on it's food group anywhere. ^-^ this website will give you the nutritional value of absolutely anything! http://www.nutritiondata.com/
