One of common question i was asked by friends "Whether u r veg or non-veg?" If they are expecting very short answer.. then i say "Non-Veg". but if we are in the mood of discussion, i say "I dont want to differentiate or divide the food as Veg or Non-Veg". Basically i am from the family or religion, where eating non-veg is considered as sin. In my earlier days,i even had a same feeling, but later started eating egg .which is common now-a-days.Many of people debate to classify EGG in veg or non-veg. The people who eat egg, classify it as veg. and people havent dared for it,classify it as non-veg.I dont want here to conclude, whether egg is veg or non-veg , but to pin-point the people dilemma, about the egg or about the whole non-veg. I seen the some person's where, he eats egg or non-veg and still he have some fear or conflict inside whether ,it is a sin. and some other person's who claim's themselves as pure-vegetarian, but wanted or willing to taste the non-veg. but they are bounded with the belief. This is state of every person who grown in the environment of pure-veg.Even he eats non-veg also he fall in dilemma, even if he wont he will fall in dilemma. but i started eating the non-veg few years back, coming to the conclusion that, the logic behind the classifying the food into veg and non-veg itself is invalid. It all depends upon where you grown, and what beliefs you have. The definition of non-veg changes from person-to-person and area-to-area. some of person consider egg is non-veg,and it cant eat beyond that.some other person says eventhough he is non-veg,he can eat upto chicken,he can'teat everyting beyond that. some of old rishis claimed that even the milk is non-veg.In some other country(mainly islands) where fish is easily available,it is categorized into veg.and In africa there are people who eat man(cannibals). From viewing all these people perception, i can say that,

For anyone you need your vegies and fruit. There needs to be a variety, different colours. Each colour of vegie does a different thing. You need milk for calcium and yogurt to help your immune system. If you don't drink milk than make sure you have heaps of brocoli. It has calcium too. For nonveg. Cheese is good. All cheese has meat in it, unless specified on the packet. Don't have to much. Fish once a week. The oils in it is good. Meat is good for you. It gives you the protein and iron you need. But to much is bad. So a piece a night. To much meat will give you to much iron. To much iron gives the same effect as not enough. You get tired and feel like crap. For veg. Spinach and nuts are essential. You lack iron. So eat up. You don't have to have tofu. Tofu is just beans. To go veg is really healthy. If you do it right you need to eat a large amount of vegies and fruit and nuts. Also carbs. Rice and Pasta. Everything has carbs in it, but rice and pasta have the most. Don't eat to much of it. Its healthy to have carb free meals. But you do need a little. A few times a week. Fat. Everyone needs it. Chocolate is good in small doses. It realises endorphins, sort of like a happy pill. Sugar and fat is essential, but there is such thing as good fats. Eat those. Sugar and icecream... etc... dont eat to much of it. If your looking for only veg stuff than make sure you check packets. There is veg sausages, and they taste great. Drink heaps of water, and orange juice is good. Hand squeezed. Soft drink with dehydrate you, same for alcohol. Hope that helps.

Vegetables are obviously healthier because they contain no sugar, butter or any other fatty foods. They're also fresh. But remember, it's better to eat different types of foods to gain a healthy lifestyle.

Either can be healthy. I eat a varied healthy diet of a little red meat, chicken, fish, fruit, veg and nuts. It's all about lifestyle choice and if you sit all day doing nothing then neither will benefit you very well. Excercise is an important factor as it the amount of water you consume
